A clinical trial is a research study that tests whether a new medication, device, or approach is safe and effective. Every approved medicine available today was made possible by people who took part in clinical research.
Does it cost anything to participate?
No. Your initial assessment is free, and study-related visits, tests, and medication are provided at no cost to you. Many studies also compensate participants for their time and travel.
Do I need health insurance?
Most studies do not require health insurance. Our team will confirm the details for any study you’re interested in.
Is it safe?
Your safety is our first priority. Every study is reviewed and approved by an independent ethics committee (an Institutional Review Board) and follows strict federal guidelines. Our clinical team monitors you closely throughout, and we’ll explain the possible risks and benefits clearly before you decide to take part.
Can I stop participating?
Yes — anytime, for any reason. Participation is always voluntary, and leaving a study will not affect your regular medical care.
Will my information be kept private?
Yes. Your personal information is kept confidential and used only to contact you about research opportunities. We never sell your information.
